When is the best time to come?
Wat Arun being a tourist destination is packed everyday, if you are coming for the purpose of photo taking, then it would be advisable to get our optional photograph service, our photography team are all professionals who knows the best spots in Wat Arun for photo taking.
How much is the costume rental?
We are proud to be the only shop on Thanon Wang Doem offering a range of costume tiers to suit various preferences and budgets. Our selection includes Standard, Premium, Deluxe, and Exclusive Traditional Thai Costumes, each crafted with unique materials, designs, and accessories to create memorable and authentic experiences. Do you offer editing or touch up of photos?
We do not offer editing or touching up of photos.
For the photo taking, will the photographer guide us on the posing?
Yes of course! Being professionals, they will provide posing guides and tips to ensure that you look your best.

Why should I make a booking?

I would like to rent the costume for the entire day, how do I go about doing that?
Only our Standard Costumes are available for whole day rental. There is an additional 700 baht whole day rental fee and a 3000 baht security deposit which will be refunded once costume is return with no damages. Our staff will also require to snap a photo of your passport or ID card as well. Costume is to be returned by 6.00pm.
What are you operating hours?
We are currently open daily from 8.45am to 5.30pm.
Where is your shop located?
We are located at 199 Wang Doem Road which is directly opposite the Wat Arun Exit. For directions, please refer to our direction guide.
What are the payment options?
Cash is preferred. However if you wish to pay via card, Wechat or Alipay, do note that there will be a 7% fee incurred.
Do you offer photography service?
Yes, Bestie Thai Costume only works with the best photographers for our pre-book customers. We work with only the best professional photographers who knows all the best spots in Wat Arun for photo taking. For our optional photography package price list which is based on per pax, do contact us via Facebook, lnstagram or Whatsapp.

Will there be some hardcopies given to us?
All photographs are digital copies and there will be no hard copies. You can however print them at any good printing shop.
How soon can we get the digital photos after the photo shoot?
Typically, the photographers will transfer the photos to you after the photo shoot.
Will there be lockers for us to store our belongings while we go for the photoshoot?
Yes we do have lockers for customers to store their belongings, we also have security cameras inside the shop as well. Customers are advise to lock their bags and luggages.
Do you offer discount?
We do offer discounts and freebies for our custom packages that comes with photography service. To get a quote for a custom package, contact us or use our booking form.
How long in advance do I need to inform you if I am making a booking?
If you would like to make a booking, do inform us 48 hours in advance.
Why are your costumes 300 baht when other shops are doing 100 baht, 150 baht?
Again, a very good question! Do check out this article which explains in detail why cheap is cheap for a reason. When you rent a costume from us, you are getting a fresh, clean costume with vibrant polished accessories, and not something that looks, smells and feels like it came from a dumpster.
